Arena Technologies started operating its pilot line in June 2007.
The production line is operational since December 2010, with a full capacity when all equipment in place at 120 metric tons of silicon recycling per month.
Its original process was designed to recycle top, tails and sidewalls from polycrystalline silicon ingots.
Completely redefined and improved, with the design of a new process, it now provides highest quality recycled silicon for PV applications.
R&D works are regularly carried out to upgrade our process and extend our service offering.
Recycling of blocks, including removal of glass, glue, wafer residues, recycling of ingots, are now standard operations on polysilicon.
Recycling of mono-crystalline cuts, top and tails is available.
An innovative process of reclycling of thin film panels has been developped.
